Work With Me to End Recurring Back Pain By Fixing the Pattern Behind It
I work privately with high-functioning people to resolve chronic pain, stress, and patterns by working through the body, not around it. I want you to trust your body again. Where it stops feeling like the enemy and becomes the guide.
Personalized 1:1 Container for People Ready to Stop the Cycle
I don’t run programs. I work with people directly, 1:1 via Zoom. No group calls. No modules. No protocols between sessions.
We meet four times per month (60 minutes each). We start with a 3-month commitment to unwind patterns your body has been running for years. After that, you continue month-to-month with no contracts. Most people stay because the work goes deeper after the pain is gone.
Most practitioners treat the back. I work with why the body keeps driving you to pain: Stress → Tension → Core Shutdown → Pain.
If that pattern doesn’t change, the pain comes back.
Here, we address both the physical imbalances and the nervous system patterns that keep your body stuck in protection. Because you can’t build strength in a system that doesn’t feel safe, and safety alone isn’t enough without support. The process: Awareness → Regulation → Repatterning → Story Work.
This is how the cycle breaks, so the pain doesn’t come back
What People Are Saying About Their Permanent Relief
I’ve helped high-functioning people, lawyers, executives, engineers, therapists, meditators, and other driven adults reconnect with their bodies and end the cycle of recurring pain.
I came to Michael struggling with sciatica and chronic lower-back pain. He introduced me to simple tools to release tension and ease nerve pain. Michael is a natural teacher: soft-spoken, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His blend of expertise, keen observation, and intuition helped me understand my body and heal.

Michael helped me to understand the root cause of my back issues and how to connect with my body to strengthen my core. My back pain is no longer a daily issue and I no longer need to manage symptoms of pain. I am stronger and can now move with confidence.

Before practicing the Morales Method, my back would often ‘go out,’ leaving me immobilized and in pain. After just a few weeks working with Michael, that stopped completely. My core grew stronger, and I no longer thought of myself as someone with a ‘bad back.’

After 20 years of recurring back pain, I finally found a way to resolve the pattern rather than just chasing the symptoms. In three months, the pain was gone—and it hasn’t returned.

Michael worked with me when I had a torn rotator cuff, not only helping me rehabilitate the bad shoulder but also putting a program in place to keep my other shoulder healthy and full strength.
The first step is a 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk through what’s been happening in your body, whether the Morales Method is the right fit, and what the process would look like for you.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you directly.
No. It’s not a treatment at all. We’re working with how your nervous system has learned to respond to stress — and that response is what keeps producing the pain. That kind of change has to come from within the system. Which is exactly why it holds.
Will it actually last this time?
The goal isn’t relief. It’s a pattern change. Relief is temporary because it doesn’t touch what’s underneath. When the physical pattern and the deeper tension driving it shift together — which is what this work does — the body stops returning to that state.
What if I don't have time for this?
Four sessions a month. No homework. No protocols between sessions. If you have time to manage the pain, you have time for this.
What if I invest and don’t see results?
We track progress in multiple ways: changes in pain, how safe your body feels, your confidence in movement, and how you meet stress. If something isn’t shifting, we adjust together. This is a guided process, not a rigid protocol.
Is this just breathing and mindfulness?
Breath and awareness are the foundation, not the finish line. They restore inner support so we can reintroduce movement and strength safely and effectively.
How long does it take to see change?
Many people notice shifts in tension, pain, or confidence early on. Deeper, lasting change happens progressively as your body relearns support and stability at its own pace.
